Codei5 Academy is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to promote our courses and services to students and businesses. This role involves identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential students and businesses, introducing our courses and services.
Explain course benefits and address any inquiries.
Maintain and follow up on lead databases.
Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Develop and implement strategies to promote courses to businesses and organizations.
Negotiate and close deals to meet revenue targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1+ years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of the education and technology sector is a plus.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are desirable.
